Processing Time

Orders placed before 5pm are packed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 5pm will ship the next business day. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

We ship via Canada Post. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your address and order weight.

Age Verification

Some products on this site are age-restricted. Age verification may be required at checkout and/or upon delivery, depending on the product and destination.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package is handed off to Canada Post, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, contact us at Hazeroadsupport@gmail.com with your order number and we'll help track it down.
